My sister, who lives in Glen Burnie, has been raving about Sardi's for quite some time. Living in Baltimore county, I do not have a location that is particular close to me, but I am glad that I stopped into this location to give them a try. I was definitely pleasantly surprised. If there was a location closer to me, Sardi's would be my go-to spot for Peruvian. The chicken was absolutely delicious! It was very flavorful and cooked perfectly! For my side, I had the rice, yucca and the brussel sprouts. While all of the sides were good.....the brussel sprouts were AMAZING, easily the best I have ever had! Now, I just need them to open up a location closer to west Baltimore county and I will be one happy girl!
10.17.24 Hubby ordered takeout which consisted of 1/2 chicken with fries and rice and beans as sides. I eat dark and he likes white meat so it works out perfectly for us. Everything was delish although it sucks that dark meat always has less meat. Wish there were a Sardi's closer to us in Columbia. Hubby noted price has gone up since the last time he made a purchase here which has been awhile.

Really good Food The service was fast and people were friendly The ambiance is what you would expect and pretty good They have a pretty good selection of foods, drinks and deserts compared to other peruvian places i have been to Corn was good Mashed potatoes and Rice was good 1/4 white Chicken was delicious And the Flan was Great !
Food is good. Portions are decent. Quick unless you are ordering something other than the charbroiled chicken, then there may be a wait.
Two words LOMO SALTADO with the green and yellow sauce. I got my order in about 8 min though they said it would be about 15. It was a good portion, space was clean and service was good.
I believe this is a local maryland chain. This is a Peruvian brassiere. The meat are all cooked on a grill stick over fire. You choose your meat and then the sides. Very chipotle style. I went for a lunch special and chose broccoli and fried plantains with a half a chicken. Chicken was juicy and cooked to perfection. The broccoli was steamed all the way through. The plantains were caramelized and sticky. Yum! They also had other desserts but this filled me up! Would come back again!
